Template for Dutch print service

By default, the customer’s own invoice image is used for printing, and a cover sheet with the recipient’s address is automatically added at no extra cost. If no invoice image is provided, Maventa will generate one.

Colour printing

By default, all prints are produced in colour. Adjusting the colour printing setting does not affect invoices for Dutch companies.

Attachments

Printing of attachments is enabled by default, with the following rules:

If these limits are exceeded, all attachments will be discarded. The sender will be notified by email, but the invoice image itself will still be printed.

There is an extra charge per page printed.

Delivery schedules

Invoices sent to Maventa before 24:00 on workdays are printed, enveloped, and handed over to the mail distributor on the same day. Production does not take place during weekends and holidays. Mail distributors deliver invoices according to the Priority letter class schedule.

Enter your credentials to Maventa testing environment, to authenticate and try things out with the Swagger UI. This will fetch a Bearer token using OAuth2 with the endpoint POST https://ax-stage.maventa.com/oauth2/token. The token is stored in your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) and used in Swagger calls done from this documentation website. The token is valid for 1 hour.
