We’re excited to announce that scanning services are now available to all Belgian companies on the Maventa platform. After a successful pilot phase, we’ve rolled out full access to our scanning capabilities powered by Lyanthe.
What is scanning?
Scanning services allow businesses to digitize their incoming PDF invoices automatically.
- Automated OCR: Extract invoice data automatically using optical character recognition
- Digital workflow: Invoices are converted to structured digital format
- Seamless integration: Scanned invoices flow directly into your accounting system
Activating scanning for Belgian companies
Scanning can be activated for Belgian companies through our API or via the Maventa user interface:
Via API: Call the POST /v1/services/scan endpoint or the older POST /v1/company/profiles endpoint. Lyanthe will automatically be set as the scan provider for Belgian companies.
Via UI: Navigate to your company settings in Maventa and enable scanning services from the invoice receiving section.
