From 6 October 2026, the Mass Printing Service and Receivables production environments accept connections over TLS 1.2 or newer only. Connections using TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 are rejected.

TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are outdated protocols with known weaknesses. This change brings production in line with staging and with the rest of the Maventa API.
Most modern HTTP clients and operating systems use TLS 1.2 or newer by default, so no action is needed. If your integration already works against the staging environment, it will also work in production. If you use an older runtime or a custom TLS configuration, make sure TLS 1.2 is enabled.
