When an invoice is delivered, the notification email sent to the recipient is informational and not meant to be replied to. Two changes make this clearer and protect the sender’s details:
- The reply-to address is now always noreply@mail.maventa.com, instead of falling back to the email of the sending company’s API user.
- The sender’s contact person, email and phone (from Invoice sending → Via e-mail → “Additional information to show in the email content”) are no longer shown in the notification body.
These contact details are still shown on outbound email invoices and reminders, where they are intended to be visible.
